    1. I am a non-profit organization and will provide a copy of my 501(c) 3 certificate for a FREE booth space.
    2. I am a for-profit organization and will pay $25 in cash, credit card or check made payable to the City of Richland Hills.
22. Booth Commitment

    I understand that by completing this form, I am committing to attending the City of Richland Hills Tricky Treat Trail and Haunted Trails event and agree to:

    • Bring 1,200 pieces of candy or other Halloween/fall novelty for children under 12 years of age.
    • Provide a small interactive game or activity for participants.
    • Bring my own tables (unless I paid in advance for a table) or other display items. 
    • Decorate my Boo Booth with a theme suitable for children under 12 years of age.
    • Manage my Boo Booth during the entire event with staff/volunteers in costumes and not begin breakdown prior to 8:30 pm without City of Richland Hills approval.
    • (optional) Bring my own 10x10 tent with weights or vehicle to decorate.
    • (optional) Bring promotional items or organizational mascot for my businesses/organization, in addition to candy  (dressing room provided).
    • Additionally, I understand that I (or my representative) may begin setting up at The Link Plaza at 2 pm and that the entire display must be complete and ready by 6 pm. I will remove all display items from The Link Plaza by 10 pm the day of the event unless other accommodations have been made in advance with the City of Richland Hills.
24. Indemnity

    Tricky Treat Boo Booth Vendor shall protect, defend, indemnify and hold the City of Richland Hills and all their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, the event sponsors and their affiliates free and harmless from any and all claims, demand, causes of action, suits or other litigation (including all costs thereof and attorneys fees) of every kind and character arising against the City of Richland Hills and all their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, the event sponsors and their affiliates or any third party (including but not limited to personnel furnished by vendor or its vendors and subcontractors of any tier)on account of bodily injury (including death) or damage to or loss of property is caused by the negligence, gross negligence, willful acts of conduct and/or strict liability of vendor, its vendors or subcontractors or any of their respective officers, directors or employees, or anyone or more of them in connection with the event.
