Speed School

Are you wondering if speed can be taught? Let us help your athlete reach max speed through:

  • Proper posture
  • Correct arm movements
  • Correct foot placement
  • Overall body control

Schedule & Age Range

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays
    • 6 to 7 pm
  • Saturdays
    • 10 to 11 am
  • Ages 12 to 18

The program is broken down into 12 monthly speed sessions. Membership pricing is available.
